I had a craving for gnocchi yesterday. Funny how things go Emeril was making it on his show when I sat down for my afternoon break. (That was weird.)

So, I got to it. It seemed easy enough. Oh, ignorance is BLISS!

Everything seemed to be going ok until I cooked the little buggers. It wasn't so good for me.

Anyway, I tried again today with not much better luck.

So, I'm on the road to the perfect gnocchi. Every girl needs something that she can make better than anyone else in the family and this might just be my thing. I'll have to keep you informed.
